About The Position
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
Requirements
- Reliable Car for travel to inspections.
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or Newer.
- Smartphone or digital camera.
- Reliable home internet.
- Basic Computer and Communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
- Take photos of the property.
- Obtain property details and overall conditions.
- Provide reports in a timely manner.
- Submit reports online through a PC/Desktop, including attachments.
