About The Position
Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to conduct insurance property inspections. This role offers opportunities for both full-time and part-time engagement. Contractors will be responsible for surveying both residential and commercial properties. The survey process involves taking photographs, gathering detailed property information and assessing overall conditions. All reports must be provided in a timely manner and submitted online via a PC/Desktop, including all necessary attachments.
Requirements
- Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance property inspections
- Survey both residential and commercial properties
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit reports online
- Submit all survey reports through PC/Desktop to include attachments
