About The Position
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Davies offers best in class onboarding and with all the support needed to be successful!
Requirements
- Reliable Car to drive to inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic Computer and Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Survey residential and commercial properties
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit a report online through the PC/Desktop to include attachments
