About The Position
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Contractors will survey both residential and commercial properties, which includes taking photos, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting reports online. All survey reports need to be submitted through a PC/Desktop and include attachments. Davies offers best-in-class onboarding and all the support needed to be successful.
Requirements
- Reliable Car to drive to inspections
- Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
- Smartphone or digital camera
- Reliable home internet
- Basic Computer and Communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform insurance property surveys
- Take photos of the property
- Obtain property details and overall conditions
- Provide reports in a timely manner
- Submit reports online through a PC/Desktop, including attachments
