About The Position
Cal Inspection Bureau, Inc. is seeking experienced commercial insurance loss control/underwriting survey inspectors to cover the area from Stuart through Vero Beach. Inspectors conduct property and casualty insurance inspections of businesses and properties such as restaurants, bars, taverns, apartments, and repair garages. This is an independent contractor position. Applicants must have current, specific experience performing insurance loss control inspections; no training is provided. The work is on the road.
Requirements
- Must be a current insurance loss control inspector.
- Must have specific previous or ongoing experience performing insurance loss control/inspection work.
- At least 1 year of insurance loss control/inspection experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct commercial insurance loss control and underwriting surveys.
- Inspect restaurants, bars, taverns, apartments, repair garages, and similar properties for property/casualty insurance purposes.
- Cover the area from Stuart through Vero Beach.
