Cantonese/Mandarin Insurance Licensed Sales Professional
About The Position
Pacific Haven Insurance Solutions, an Allstate agency in Millbrae ranked in the top 1% nationally (Pinnacle Elite), is hiring licensed insurance sales professionals fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus. This is an on-site role in the agency’s office. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, training, and a potential path from producer to senior roles. Staff may also explore opportunities to become an Allstate agency owner. This is employment with an Allstate Exclusive Agent, an independent contractor, and not direct employment with Allstate Insurance Co.
Requirements
- Active California Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license, or be close to completing the licensing process.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Hungry, coachable, and ready to treat the position as a career.

Responsibilities
