Insurance Inside Sales Professional - REMOTE
About The Position
AIS Insurance Specialists is seeking motivated, customer-focused sales representatives to join their remote Inside Sales team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that handles inbound leads only, meaning no cold calling is involved. The role requires a Property & Casualty license and some insurance sales experience. AIS provides robust training, support, and uncapped earning potential. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will quote and sell insurance products across all 50 states, representing multiple trusted carriers. You will work with motivated, inbound leads, assess customer needs, and recommend the best combination of price and coverage, delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Training, tools, and support are provided to help you succeed.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Must be eligible to obtain licensing in all states

- Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide
