Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality is very important

Responsibilities

Overseeing the process for Medicare review, verifications, recertifications, and prior authorizations.
Monitors department queues and metrics.
Ensures that all employees are cross trained and make adjustments based on business need.
Monitors department compliance with Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines.
Manages Medicare review and verifications for Standard Power and Complex Power.
Responsible for communicating industry changes in guidelines to others as needed.
