The Insurance Eligibility Specialist will manage inbound insurance tickets for both members and providers. This role involves handling inquiries related to accepted insurance plans, client volume questions, and provider status with payors. Additionally, the specialist will address customer inquiries concerning insurance discrepancies, adding insurance, and complex billing, bug-related, or investigative issues. Communication will primarily be via email, with some limited phone support. The team currently handles 250-300 email/tickets daily, with an expectation of increase. The role is a contract-to-hire position.
