About The Position
Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. (CSK) is seeking a skilled and driven paralegal to join our dynamic Miami office. We are defense counsel representing clients in general litigation, maritime, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and auto accident cases. We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and self-motivated professional to assist attorneys with all phases of litigation—from inception through trial. Requirements
- Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) required
- 5+ years of paralegal experience handling circuit court cases
- 5+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw
- Candidates must currently reside in South Florida.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Litify, iManage, or other case/document management software
