About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense law, with experience representing domestic and international insurers and reinsurers. This role requires excellent legal research, writing, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 5 – 10 years of experience practicing insurance defense law.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage and the insurance industry.
• Experience representing domestic and international insurers and reinsurers, including first-party and third-party matters throughout the U.S.
