About The Position

The Insurance Data & AI Advisor works alongside client executives and account managers to support large and mid-market property and casualty (P&C) carriers and brokers. The role involves engaging with CIOs and CDOs to understand their data and AI ambitions and helping structure programs that deliver business value. The advisor partners with account teams to shape client strategies, establish data foundations, sequence initiatives for measurable value, and connect business stakeholders with delivery teams.

Requirements

• Deep P&C insurance experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial, or distribution.
• Hands-on experience with data and AI programs.
• A track record of earning CIO-level trust as an advisor.
• Comfort working in a sales-adjacent role without being a traditional salesperson.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 20+ years of total experience.
• 10+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or advisory roles within the consulting or technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to shape data and AI strategies for carrier clients.
• Advise CIOs and CDOs on building data foundations, including governance, quality, and architecture, before implementing AI.
• Sequence initiatives so early wins build credibility and demonstrate measurable value.
• Translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
