About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume contact center environment. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at delivering exceptional customer service, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining a positive experience for every customer interaction. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to email inquiries, and navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
At least 1 year of experience within the insurance industry.
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish skills.
Experience with voluntary benefits products.
Banking or financial services experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
