About The Position
We are seeking a customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance needs while delivering exceptional service. This role is responsible for servicing existing accounts, assisting with policy sales and renewals, issuing certificates of insurance, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain required licensing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients by answering questions, resolving concerns, and supporting policy-related needs.
- Quote, process, and service insurance policies for new and existing customers.
- Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support agency growth through referrals, relationship-building, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, agency procedures, and documentation requirements.
