About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking to connect confidentially with attorneys experienced in insurance coverage analysis, coverage litigation, and insurance recovery disputes. This is an opportunistic search rather than an advertisement for one specific opening. The recruiter works with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as small and midsize firms, regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets. Potential opportunities may involve insurer-side or policyholder-side work, sophisticated coverage disputes, client interaction, litigation responsibility, mentorship, and long-term advancement. Requirements
- Experience in insurance coverage analysis, coverage litigation, and insurance recovery disputes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial general liability, umbrella, excess, and specialty insurance policies.
- Represent insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes.
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, and substantive motions.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith claims, and complex coverage litigation.
- Advise on insurance recovery, policy interpretation, and litigation strategy.
