About The Position
These opportunities are focused on insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, civil defense, regional litigation, coverage opinions, motion practice, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. Candidates must have civil litigation, insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, or regional defense experience, be comfortable with writing, discovery, motions, and client reporting, have relevant bar admission or eligibility, be able to manage deadlines and litigation workflows, and be interested in defense-side client service. These roles are not suitable for transactional-only attorneys, candidates with no litigation experience, attorneys who do not want insurance-related or defense-side work, or applicants without required jurisdictional fit. We are speaking with attorneys and legal professionals for select opportunities involving insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, civil defense, regional litigation, coverage opinions, motion practice, depositions, discovery, and trial preparation. Requirements
- Civil litigation, insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense, or regional defense experience
- Comfortable with writing, discovery, motions, and client reporting
- Relevant bar admission or eligibility
- Able to manage deadlines and litigation workflows
- Interested in defense-side client service
- Active US Bar preferred; NH or path to obtain; NY; MO
- 6+ years insurance coverage or complex litigation (for Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney)
- 2-7 Years experience (for Med Mal Defense Litigation Senior Associate)
- 1-8 Years post-bar civil litigation or transferable courtroom work (for Civil Litigation Associate)
- 3-7 years civil defense litigation (for Associate Attorney)
- Experience in construction, premises liability, personal injury defense, professional liability, civil rights, and insurance defense (for Associate Attorney)
