About The Position

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its insurance coverage group in the Dallas, Texas office. The Associate will handle complicated, large-dollar insurance coverage disputes involving white-collar crime, including employee theft and cyber and electronic crimes. Matters are primarily litigated in federal courts throughout the United States and occasionally overseas. The position offers an annual salary range of $195,000 to $225,000 based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, relevant experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market data. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements

At least 3 years of litigation practice experience.
Federal court litigation experience.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong academic credentials and a passion for excellence.

Nice To Haves

Professional-lines insurance coverage experience is preferred, but not required.
Federal court experience that includes taking and defending depositions and handling hearings is preferred.
