About The Position

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a first-year Associate to join its Fidelity, Surety, & Coverage Business Unit in Dallas, Texas. The Associate is expected to join the firm at the beginning of September 2027, contingent upon completing law school and sitting for the July 2027 Texas bar exam. The Associate will handle large-dollar insurance coverage disputes around the country, primarily in federal courts, and evaluate insurance coverage claims, predominantly in crime and professional liability insurance. The posted annual salary is $185,000–$195,000 based on a full-time schedule, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Clark Hill will pay for one bar exam review course and the fees associated with the bar exam.
