Insurance Coverage Attorney
About The Position
A nationally recognized insurance coverage practice is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its growing team. Attorneys based in Texas may be considered for a fully remote work arrangement. The role will focus on sophisticated insurance coverage matters, including coverage analysis, preparation of coverage opinions, and litigation involving first-party and third-party claims across multiple lines of insurance. The associate will also handle matters involving bad faith claims and complex coverage disputes. The position offers meaningful litigation responsibility, including taking depositions, attending court conferences, drafting and arguing motions, and participating in case strategy and trial preparation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of insurance coverage experience
- Experience analyzing policies and preparing coverage opinions
- Litigation experience involving first-party or third-party claims and bad faith disputes
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Texas Bar admission
