Requirements
- Recent experience with insurance coverage or defense work
- CA bar
Responsibilities
- Work hybrid remote.
- Work with insurers with respect to insurance coverage, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Evaluating insurance coverage issues under various policy types
- Drafting coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters
- Analyzing complex claims and advising insurer clients
- Litigating declaratory relief, contribution, indemnity, and bad faith actions
- Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conducting depositions, mediations, and court appearances
