Requirements
- 2+ years of dental insurance/financial coordination experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred

Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
- Present treatment plans and clearly explain financial options to parents/guardians
- Process insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and resolve discrepancies
- Collect and post patient payments, maintaining accurate financial records
- Coordinate payment plans and assist families with financing options
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
