Insurance Client Services Agent
About The Position
AAA Central Penn is seeking an Insurance Client Service Agent to join their growing insurance team. This role is crucial for managing existing client accounts, delivering exceptional service, and partnering with Insurance Sales Agents. Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, supporting renewals, providing quotes, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring clients feel confident and cared for. The company offers support for obtaining the necessary Property & Casualty license, including preparation for the exam and covering its cost, with licensure required within 6 months of hire.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and quotes
Nice To Haves
- Insurance licenses preferred but not required at hire
- Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Manage client accounts to support renewals, cross-selling, and client retention
- Conduct exposure and needs analysis to provide informed recommendations
- Prospect, quote, and process policies using internal and external systems
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy prior to compliance submission
- Meet established sales goals
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the insurance team as needed
- Follow established workflows and protect client confidentiality
- Promote AAA products and refer opportunities across lines of business
- Perform other duties as assigned
