Insurance Call Center Sales Agent
About The Position
AAA Club Alliance is seeking an Insurance Call Center Sales Agent to join their established and trusted brand. This role involves quoting and selling insurance products through multiple carriers, with provided leads and computer equipment. The position offers unlimited monthly bonus potential and is part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. The ideal candidate will possess an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license and have sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto). Experience selling in multiple states or multiple carriers is preferred. Proficiency in various software, including CRM, carrier platforms, agency management systems, and MS Office, is also required. The primary duties include identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate insurance products (personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance), establishing customer relationships for leads and referrals, and maintaining partnerships with insurance representatives and underwriters.
Requirements
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
- Proficiency in navigating a variety of software (such as CRM, carrier platforms, agency management system, and MS Office).

- Experience selling in multiple states OR selling multiple carriers preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Offering an array of personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products
- Establish strong customer and community relationships to help develop additional leads and referrals
- Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
- Ability to quote and sell through multiple insurance carriers
