Working as part of a team, actively service, maintain, and help grow a personal lines book of business. Your focus will be to service an assigned book with the option to also earn additional commission for any new business sales you bring to W.C. Burgess. Manage all aspects of the customer life cycle from quote to renewal, endorsements, remarket and cancellations. Conduct detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions for your clients; they are looking to you to be their trusted advisor to make sure they have the right protection for their unique needs. Take new claim reports, help clients navigate through this process with empathy, and submit them to the insurance carrier. Diligent follow up on clients’ accounts to ensure outstanding activities are resolved.
