Requirements

• Ability to work fully on-site in York, Nebraska
• Minimum of 2–3 years of medical billing experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes, follow-up, and denial resolution
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and submit third-party insurance claims in a timely manner
• Investigate and follow up on unpaid, delayed, or denied claims
• Respond to patient and payer billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post insurance and patient payments and maintain accurate account records
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing issues
