About The Position

Requirements
- High school graduate with emphasis on data processing and office procedures.
- Minimum of one-year experience in accounts payable and payroll.
- Flexibility and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Bill Medicare/Bill insurance.
- Follow through on Medicare/insurance and Medicaid billing.
- Analyze old accounts over ninety (90) days.
- Learn and assist in Business Office Manager’s job functions to be able to cover for vacation, sick days, etc.
- Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
