Requirements
- Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the pay range
- Rates are commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Completes clerical work to obtain pre-authorizations, as needed, prior to patient’s appointment.
- Provides back-up to Reception as needed; verifies patient demographics including name, address, date-of-birth, phone number, primary and referring physician and current insurance, and obtains patient consent to treat to ensure accurate billing.
- Assists patients with various Dent forms, and obtains insurance waiver signatures as necessary.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of patient information.
