The Insurance and Contracts Manager is responsible for leading Trinity’s contract management and insurance administration workflows across transportation, brokerage, and logistics operations. This role oversees the lifecycle management of customer, carrier, vendor, and insurance-related agreements, ensuring contracts are executed efficiently, aligned with operational requirements, and compliant with company standards and risk tolerance. This position serves as a key liaison between Legal, Risk, Operations, Finance, carriers, customers, brokers, and insurance partners to support contract negotiations, certificate management, policy administration, claims coordination, and workflow optimization. The Manager is responsible for developing scalable processes and controls that improve visibility, reduce risk exposure, and streamline the intake, review, approval, renewal, and retention of contracts and insurance documentation. The role also oversees workflows related to carrier insurance compliance, contractual liability requirements, certificates of insurance, cargo and shipper’s interest programs, and claim-related documentation. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Manager helps ensure Trinity maintains strong operational controls while supporting business growth and customer requirements.
