About The Position

These agents will own their business, helping clients prepare for life’s planned and unexpected moments with the right insurance products. Requirements

• A strong communicator with excellent business acumen
• Committed to linking your efforts with tangible rewards
• Passionate about making positive impacts in their communities
• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Help clients prepare for life’s planned and unexpected moments with the right insurance products
• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients
• Diversify income through a portfolio of property and casualty, life and health lines
• Manage schedules flexibly to balance careers and personal interests
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products and services
• Establish an office and build a staff
• Help clients protect what matters most today and plan for their future with our portfolio of property and casualty insurance, life products, and financial services
