About The Position

Shelter Insurance is seeking an exceptional entrepreneur to make a difference in Loveland, OH and become our newest Shelter Insurance Agent. This role is ideal for individuals with a desire to meet new people, develop new contacts, become known in their community, and who are passionate about serving their community. If you want to grow your sales, business, and networking skills, control your own income, and start your own business without extreme start-up costs, this is a great opportunity. Shelter does not require previous insurance industry experience; backgrounds in real estate, retail sales, education, and coaching are common among successful agents. A motivated attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and effective communication skills are required. While sales experience and a business degree are helpful, comprehensive training is provided. Shelter does not require prospective agents to have capital or assets on hand, nor do they sell or loan money to agents to start their business. The primary expectations are meeting sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. A business owner's mindset is crucial for success. Agents will focus on developing prospects and selling Shelter products, with potential opportunities to hire staff for administrative and sales support.
