About The Position

Meron Financial Agency is expanding in the Houston market and actively hiring agents who want to grow fast and earn at a high level. This is a performance-based career with real upside, working with people who have already requested information through inbound leads, with additional outbound opportunities to increase income faster. Agents will follow a proven system with clear training and support, speaking with clients over the phone or Zoom to help families choose life insurance coverage that fits their needs. The role involves working warm inbound and outbound leads, with no cold calling, and requires tracking activity, consistent daily production, and attending training to improve sales skills.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Houston preferred)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life and Health License or willingness to obtain quickly

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients over the phone or Zoom

• Work both warm inbound leads and outbound warm leads
