About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a 100% commission-based role for coachable, disciplined individuals motivated to assist families seeking life insurance-backed products. Agents typically serve 3-5 families weekly, earning an average of $300-$500 per family. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. The role offers a data-driven system and lead generation to connect agents with families actively seeking help, allowing focus on service rather than prospecting. Occasional travel may be required for conferences and leadership events.
Requirements
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Computer and phone to service clients
- Reliable internet connection (this is a fully online role)
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
- No cold calling — all leads are warm and inbound
- Must be a U.S. citizen
