About The Position
We are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative who is licensed or willing to become licensed in P&C Insurance. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, well-organized, computer literate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a dynamic role in a growing team. As a licensed sales professional, you will learn the business inside and out, help grow an Allstate agency, and build relationships in your community. This role offers opportunities for growth, including potentially becoming an Allstate agency owner. Please note that this is an agency staff opportunity and not direct employment with Allstate Insurance Co., but rather employment with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.
