About The Position

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents. This role offers the opportunity and autonomy to own and build a rewarding, financially stable business while helping clients prepare for life's planned and unexpected moments with the right insurance products. Agents operate as independent contractors, growing their business with existing and prospective clients through a consultative approach. They diversify their income across property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines, and have the flexibility to manage their schedules. Agents are responsible for educating clients about products and services, collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors, and establishing their own office and staff. Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
