About The Position

The agency owner will build client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and develop the agency’s business. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are available, with guidance from experienced professionals as the agency is built and client relationships are established. The opportunity is suited to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
Proven track record in sales and customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated attitude.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
Community minded.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by offering tailored insurance solutions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Manage day-to-day agency operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Collaborate with other agency owners and Farmers Insurance professionals to share best practices and drive agency growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
