About The Position

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents. These agents will own their business and assist clients in preparing for life's planned and unexpected events with appropriate insurance products. As independent contractors, agents have the autonomy to build a financially stable career while positively impacting their communities. They are responsible for growing business with existing and prospective clients, diversifying income across property, casualty, life, and health insurance lines, and managing their own schedules. Agents will educate clients on products, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors, and establish and staff their own office. Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
