About The Position
Varney Agency is a family-owned Property & Casualty, Life & Health and Surety insurance provider committed to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to our clients. We are seeking motivated and service oriented Insurance Agents to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and reviewing client policies to assure they have the best coverage. Previous insurance agency experience preferred, but Varney Agency will train the right candidate to become an insurance agent.
Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance agency experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Review and update client policies as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
- Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.
