About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Lake Mary, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community. As one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies in the U.S., Comparion Insurance Agents connect their communities with customized insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, and Life products from<seg_100>leading national and regional carriers. Success in this role hinges on your ability to develop a strong local network and foster lasting, in-person relationships.

Requirements

Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines

Nice To Haves

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred
