Remote Insurance Agent — $800–$1,200 Per Sale
About The Position
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, with agents typically closing $800 to $1,200 per policy sold. This is a realistic earning potential, not an aspirational figure, as the per-sale amount remains consistent across experience levels due to our comprehensive training and high-quality leads. All leads are warm, meaning they have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. You will have access to over 60 carrier partners to ensure clients are matched with suitable coverage. Our onboarding process provides thorough training in product fundamentals and conversation skills, even for those without prior insurance experience. You will receive mentorship through your initial calls and ongoing coaching to support your growth and confidence. Part-time agents can expect to earn over $50,000 in their first year, while full-time agents can earn between $80,000 and $300,000+ in their first year. The compensation structure is fully uncapped, with daily/weekly pay and additional performance incentives.
Requirements
- Living in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Holding a Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one
