Our office is located at: 4198 Cox Road, Suite 113 Glen Allen, VA 23060 Meet Our Regional Sales Coordinator, Joshua Burton: Joshua Burton has been with Aflac for 20 years. Prior to joining Aflac, he served in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Collections, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and analytical thinking that has carried into his professional career. Outside of business, Joshua is deeply family-focused. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their two grown sons and grandson, making family time a top priority. Now that they are empty nesters, they also enjoy traveling together and exploring new places whenever they can.
Requirements
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain)
- Proven industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Conduct both virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac
- Educate employees on available benefits packages
- Support enrollment needs
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support
- Stay engaged through team meetings and training
