About The Position

Veterans United Insurance is seeking motivated individuals for future opportunities as an Insurance Agent (Insurance Sales Advisor). While a training class is not yet scheduled, interested candidates are encouraged to apply to begin the conversation. This role involves delivering a unique insurance experience to homebuying Veterans, assisting them in finding suitable coverage. The agent will collaborate with Loan Officers, insurance carrier partners, and the Operations team to ensure a smooth process. This is a sales-focused role that rewards hard work and determination, offering a base salary plus commission. Top performers can expect to earn $60-$75K in their first year, $70-$85K in their second, and over $100K by year five.   • Willingness to become Property & Casualty licensed upon joining.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to customers within 24 hours of receiving their information to share quotes, answer questions, and help them find the right insurance solution.
  • Issuing insurance policies and assessing customer needs to offer options for home, auto, and other types of coverage.
  • Coordinating with Operations teams and insurance carriers to ensure policy accuracy and smooth processing.
  • Building relationships with Loan Officers, insurance carriers, and other partners by gathering information, providing updates, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture by assisting wherever needed.
