About The Position

COUNTRY Financial® is seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals to become Insurance Agents. This role offers the opportunity to own your business and assist clients in preparing for life's planned and unexpected events with appropriate insurance products. As independent contractors, agents build a rewarding and financially stable career while serving their communities. Agents adopt a consultative approach to expand business with both existing and prospective clients. They diversify their income across a portfolio of property and casualty, life, and health insurance lines. The position provides flexibility to manage schedules, balancing career and personal interests. Agents are responsible for educating clients and prospects on products and services, collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors, and establishing and staffing their own office. Requirements

• Ability to obtain Property/Casualty State Insurance License
• Ability to obtain Life/Health State Insurance License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance and or financial services industry
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
