Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Word, CRM systems)
- Desire to help seniors and grow within your community
- Insurance license
Responsibilities
- Educate seniors and pre‑retirees on Medicare, life, and health insurance options
- Assist Medicare beneficiaries with applications, enrollments, and plan changes
- Conduct client interviews and needs assessments
- Build long‑term relationships through exceptional client service
- Generate new business from company‑provided marketing and lead systems
- Stay current on Medicare and insurance regulations in Minnesota
