Nice To Haves
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty License
- Insurance and/or sales experience
- Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Building lasting relationships with clients
- Helping customers understand their insurance options and make confident decisions
- Quoting and selling Auto, Home, Condo, Renters, Umbrella, and Life Insurance
- Reviewing coverage to identify gaps and better protect families
- Handling policy changes, billing questions, and customer service
- Following up on leads, referrals, and renewal opportunities
- Delivering the kind of service that keeps clients coming back and referring their friends and family
Benefits
- $45,000-$75,000+ (Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses)
- $2,000 Signing bonus available for qualified candidates with current AAA or Meemic experience
