  • Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
  • Meet or exceed business development goals.
  • Potential to earn client member leads.
  • Once qualification standards are met, resources may be allocated to support recruiting, training, and developing a team of professionals.
