About The Position
International Fertility Insurance, a company of surrogacy insurance experts and case management professionals, provides unsurpassed support and education to intended parents seeking peace of mind as they grow their families. We are seeking temporary Licensed Insurance Agents for open enrollment. We pride ourselves in providing compassionate, professional service throughout our clients’ surrogacy journeys. We have experience supporting intended parents worldwide and work with surrogacy agencies, attorneys, and fertility clinics across the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe, Israel, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. We collaborate with more than 100 insurance companies to find the best option to meet the needs of intended parents. For non-licensed applicants, IFI will provide a roadmap to licensing certification, which you are required to pass. An incentive reward will be given upon successful completion.
Requirements
- Current Health Insurance License
- Clear written & verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Can-do attitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite
- Licensing certification (for non-licensed applicants, provided by IFI)
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience with Health Sherpa and/or other enrollment platforms
- Experience with state-based exchanges
- Experience with Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
- Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing software
Responsibilities
- Provide support and education to intended parents.
- Assist with open enrollment.
- Collaborate with surrogacy agencies, attorneys, and fertility clinics.
- Find the best insurance options to meet client needs.
- Complete onboarding and training.
- Participate in team sessions.
