About The Position
The Gibbons Group is seeking a driven and coachable individual to become their own boss in this expanding market. This role involves distributing Living Benefits Life Insurance, a revolutionary product that offers access to death benefits without having to die. The company provides a platform with coaching, training, and support, allowing agents to be in control of their income and raises every 2 months based on production. This is a 100% commission-based business with no income cap. The company works exclusively with top-rated carriers that offer living benefit products, positioning agents competitively. Agents will be trained to distribute this product in their local communities and will have access to exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Training includes Zoom calls, a training website, in-person bootcamps, and direct mentorship.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
- Be personable and have a willingness to serve clients.
- Be willing to utilize the company's system.
Responsibilities
- Distribute Living Benefits Life Insurance in local communities.
- Utilize the company's system for sales and client service.
- Participate in training sessions, including Zoom calls and bootcamps.
- Work with top-rated insurance carriers that offer living benefit products.
- Leverage direct mail leads or sell without using the lead program.
