Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a desire to build a career in insurance.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems and tools.
  • No prior insurance experience or license required; prior sales or client-service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and develop tailored recommendations for life, health, and retirement products.
  • Present and explain product options clearly and professionally; help clients select appropriate coverage.
  • Provide ongoing client support and maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-up and service.
  • Manage and prioritize leads; conduct outreach and follow-up using company systems (training provided).
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Achieve individual performance objectives and contribute to team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities.
