This role is for a Life Insurance Sales Agent. For new unlicensed agents, the journey begins with a paid training period where tools and guidance are provided to study for and pass the licensing exams. Once licensed, agents are assigned an existing book of business, a portfolio of current customers from whom they’ll collect monthly premiums. Agents earn a percentage of collected premiums and a commission on all new sales.
