Requirements

  • Valid Insurance Producer license (Life, Accident & Health).
  • Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of individual life and health insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills to build trust with a diverse client base.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technology tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial future.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, assessing their life and health insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available individual life and health insurance products, providing expert advice on policy options, benefits, and coverage.
  • Develop and present personalized insurance plans aligned with clients’ financial goals, budget, and risk tolerance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, industry trends, and market competition to deliver relevant solutions.
  • Assist clients with the application process while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience for new policies.
  • Conduct periodic client reviews to assess their current insurance coverage and suggest modifications as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for policy-related questions, claims processes, and other concerns.
  • Engage in community events, networking opportunities, and other forums to build brand awareness and foster business growth.
